The game was good till I tried to buy somthing

I play this game a lot and I thought it was really good and like a 5 star rating till I tried to buy all the trucks for 4 dollars and it said I purchased it and I looked at my account and it took 4 dollars but didnt give me anything so if any body noes if Im forgetting things to do please help
