Purchase not going through

I bought the all trucks plus add free in app purchase but it doesnt go through. I tap the restore purchases button but it doesnt do anything. When I try to buy it again it says I have already bought it but I can restore purchases for free, when I tap yes it doesnt do anything. I have tried to close and reopen the app 3 times but it doesnt work either. Plz fix. But overall its a good game.
